Beemster Cheese Crackers

from Donna

1/4 lb butter, creamed

mix in 1 cup of flour

add 1 tsp of cumin seed
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper and blend

Add 5 ounces of Beemster 18 month Gouda, grated.

Blend well. Form 2 balls and roll those balls into logs about one and a half inches in diameter.

Chill for 2 hours.

Slice thinly and bake on parchment-lined sheets at 425 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes until golden.

Note from Daniel: I can’t stop eating these things. Neither will you.
